What You’ll Actually Do
• Install: Install chemical dispensing equipment and other related equipment in commercial foodservice or laundry operations.
• Maintain: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing and related equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Service: Deliver exceptional service to foster customer retention and ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Operate: Utilize laptop and cell phone technology, including Salesforce, Microsoft Word, and Excel, for daily operations and data input.
• Schedule: Work a flexible schedule that may include 12-hour shifts, occasional weekends, night shifts, and on-call coverage.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Foundational understanding in electronics, plumbing, maintenance, or mechanical systems.
• Experience: Moderate working knowledge of appropriate tools, data, implements, and service needs.
• Skills: Ability to troubleshoot with root cause analysis; Proficiency in laptop and cell phone technology; Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle; Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying environmental conditions.
