The Tone:

• Team: Celonis Services, part of the Celonis Customer Organization, delivering customer solutions.
• Mission: To transform the Celonis platform into measurable, business-critical outcomes for customers, using AI-augmented delivery.
• Tech Stack: Celonis Platform, PQL, SQL, Python, AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Conduct business discovery workshops to translate customer strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases.
• AI-Augmented Solutions: Direct AI deployment agents (Apollo) to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards, validating outputs for business relevance.
• Solution Configuration: Build and configure Celonis solutions across the platform, including data transformations, process analysis, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights.
• Value Realization: Lead value creation workshops, define measures to improve process inefficiencies, and quantify business impact for customers.
• Expertise Development: Develop and maintain deep expertise in one or more process domains (e.g., Supply Chain, Procure to Pay) or industry verticals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field. This is a senior-level role.
• Experience: 4+ years in Management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting within software vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators. Ability to build and configure solutions on the Celonis platform.
• Skills: Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python. Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools, including the ability to write clear specifications and evaluate AI-generated outputs. Strong consulting skills to steer customer workshops, present findings, and manage stakeholder expectations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a value-driven orientation.
• Bonus: Experience with prompt engineering or context engineering. Knowledge of standard ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and process areas (Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable). Fluency in additional languages.
