The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Leadership: Support large-scale programs and multi-workstream initiatives, ensuring alignment, disciplined execution, and measurable business outcomes.
• Strategic Execution: Partner with senior team members to execute strategic initiatives, transformation projects, leadership communications, and executive-ready recommendations.
• Client Engagement: Lead client workshops, current-state assessments, requirements-gathering sessions, and executive presentations, drawing on prior client-facing experience.
• Risk and Requirements Assessment: Assess complex customer, account, product, transactional, regulatory, and operational environments to identify risks, define future-state requirements, and support successful integration.
• Solution Design: Translate ambiguous business, data, process, and technology realities into clear recommendations, structured decision frameworks, and actionable delivery plans.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate alignment across business, risk, compliance, product, technology, and operations stakeholders when ownership, accountability, control expectations, or interpretation conflicts arise.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in consulting or a complex financial services, FinTech, insurance, brokerage, or Fortune 500 Tech environment.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to assess and map complex data environments across various datasets; strong critical thinking skills to reconcile conflicting data definitions, ownership models, and legacy platform inconsistencies; ability to assess downstream impacts of system changes on controls, reporting, and compliance obligations.
• Bonus: Experience in client-facing professional services; project management experience; ability to map current-state operations and design future-state workflows; knowledge of financial services regulations and risk management; advanced degrees such as an MBA or MSA, or certifications such as CPA; product management experience; ability to design and execute comprehensive test strategies.
