What You’ll Actually Do
• Implementation: Lead and support end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Configuration: Configure and optimize complex SAP EWM processes such as inbound/outbound, internal movements, physical inventory, and wave/task management.
• Solution Design: Conduct client workshops to analyze current warehouse operations, identify gaps, and design fit-to-standard EWM solutions aligned with leading practices.
• Integration: Ensure robust integration of SAP EWM with other core SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, TM) and third-party automation systems (MFS).
• Quality & Support: Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts, provide post-go-live hyper-care, and manage data migration and cutover planning for EWM deployments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field. Candidates should possess a strong foundational understanding of warehouse management principles, broader supply chain logistics, and distribution center operations to succeed in this Senior Associate role.
• Experience: Three to five years of hands-on consulting experience specifically focused on SAP EWM, including leading or supporting at least two full life-cycle SAP EWM implementations. Required experience also includes working with SAP S/4HANA EWM deployments, covering both Embedded and/or Decentralized models.
• Skills: Deep configuration knowledge of SAP EWM, specifically in both Decentralized and Embedded S/4HANA environments. Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders through excellent verbal and written communication. Demonstrated capability to lead and support end-to-end SAP EWM implementation phases, from design through to go-live.
• Bonus: Preferred exposure to advanced warehouse automation technologies such as conveyors, Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS), robotics, and SAP Material Flow System (MFS). Experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP Transportation Management (TM) is also a strong advantage.
