Job Title: Seasonal DC Stock Associate
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as a Seasonal DC Stock Associate. In this vital role, you will play a key part in the efficient operation of our Distribution Center, focusing on the accurate handling and movement of merchandise from inbound freight to outbound shipments for stores and customers. About the Role
The Seasonal DC Stock Associate is primarily responsible for several critical functions within the Distribution Center:
- Inbound Freight Processing: Accurately unloading incoming shipments.
- Merchandise Location & Selection: Utilizing a Radio Frequency (RF) gun to efficiently locate and select products for shipment to stores and to fulfill customer orders.
- Case Opening & Stocking: Performing procedures that include scanning all boxes, carefully opening cases, and precisely placing products onto the correct shelves.
- Order Fulfillment: Pulling products to complete customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Shift Availability
We have various opportunities available to fit your schedule:
- Full-Time positions
- Part-Time positions
Available shifts include:
- 1st Shift
- 2nd Shift
- Weekend Shift
No experience is required – we provide comprehensive training for all new associates!
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately operate a radio frequency scanning device to manage inventory.
- Efficiently and accurately process orders by packing merchandise for shipment to stores and directly to customers.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Strictly follow all company and OSHA safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with others in a team environment to achieve shared goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive and maintain productivity in a fast-paced work environment.
- Possess the ability to read, write, conduct business-related mathematics, and analyze data as required by the role.
- Proactively bring any problems, concerns, or safety issues to the attention of a supervisor, manager, safety director, or HR manager.
- Consistently follow daily procedures and protocols as outlined during job orientations and trainings.

Qualifications
- Candidates must be 16 years of age or older.
- Possess a positive attitude and a genuine openness to learning new skills and procedures.

Physical Demands
This position requires significant physical activity and stamina. Associates must be able to:
- Stand (stationary position) for the duration of scheduled hours, which often include weekends, evenings, and holidays in conjunction with labor regulations.
- Utilize specific vision abilities required by the job, including close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
- Perform tasks requiring repetitive motion for a full shift.
- Repeatedly reach above and/or below shoulder level frequently.
- Communicate effectively using various methods while performing the duties of this job.
- Engage in activities such as kneeling, stooping, using stairs, reaching, and pulling.
- Constantly move weights of 5-50 lbs independently.
- Participate in a team lift for anything over 50 lbs.
- Ability to move 50 lbs a distance of at least 25 feet.
