Seasonal DC Stock Associate

Join our team as a Seasonal DC Stock Associate! We are looking for dedicated individuals to primarily support the accurate unloading of inbound freight. In this role, you will utilize a radio frequency (RF) gun to efficiently locate and select merchandise for shipment, perform case opening procedures including scanning boxes, placing products on correct shelves, and pulling products to fulfill customer orders.

We have Full Time & Part Time positions available for 1st shift, 2nd shift, and Weekend shifts! No experience is required – we welcome individuals eager to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately operate a radio frequency scanning device.
  • Efficiently and accurately process orders by packing merchandise for shipment to stores and customers.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Properly follow all company and OSHA safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to thrive and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to read, write, conduct business-related mathematics, and analyze data as required for the role.
  • Promptly bring any problems or concerns to the attention of the supervisor, manager, safety director, or HR manager.
  • Consistently follow daily procedures and protocols as outlined in job orientations and trainings.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Possess a positive attitude and be open to learning new tasks and processes.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well with others and contribute positively as a great teammate.

Physical Demands

This role requires physical activity and stamina. Candidates must be able to perform the following:

  • Required to stand (stationary position) during scheduled hours, which typically include weekends, evenings, and holidays, in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion for a full shift.
  • Repeated reaching above and/or below shoulder level frequently.
  • Regularly required to communicate using various methods while performing job duties.
  • Consistent kneeling, stooping, using stairs, reaching, pulling, and moving weights of 5-50lbs constantly. Team lift required for anything over 50lbs.
  • Ability to move 50lbs a distance of at least 25ft.
