This is for a Search Engine Marketing Intern position, paid at $18/hour.

The main focus of this role is the management of marketing campaigns for both domestic and global brands.

Daily Responsibilities and Key Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Paid search marketing through various search engines.
• Managing paid campaigns and postings across social media platforms.
• Executing email marketing campaigns.
• Performing search optimization tasks.
• Conducting market analysis.
Supporting the sales team with hosted website sales by providing guidance and recommendations for digital marketing of premium hosted websites. This involves participating in conference calls and visits with sales staff and Sandhills’ customers.
Creating ads and audiences to meet specific business objectives.
Maintaining existing campaigns.
Measuring campaign success and clearly communicating outcomes to coworkers and management.
• Handling social media and/or email marketing.
• Performing data analysis and report building using platforms like Google Analytics.
• Undertaking general market analysis.
Assuming other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience and Tools:
• Experience using marketing tools, such as website analytics platforms and search/social ad manager platforms, is preferred but not required.
• General marketing experience, specifically in social media and email marketing.
• Fluency using any or all of the following applications:
Google Analytics
Google AdWords
Google Search Console
• An email marketing or marketing automation platform
Facebook Ads Manager
