Description: Search Ads Intern:

Team: Ads Delivery Product Marketing, part of the Product Strategy and Operations (PSO) organization.

Mission: To build ad campaign delivery solutions for advertisers on TikTok.

Responsibilities:

Market Assessment & Strategy: Support market research, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback to define the go-to-market strategy for TikTok’s evolving ads product, focusing on Search Ads.
Regional Collaboration: Partner closely with regional counterparts, sales teams, and key stakeholders to understand pain points, formulate business requirements, and prioritize solutions.
Bridging the Gap: Act as a liaison between the monetization team and the user-side team, representing advertiser needs and influencing the organic search product roadmap.
Go-to-Market Execution: Plan and lead the successful adoption of alpha and beta programs for Search Ads solutions, ensuring flawless execution and operations.
Product Communication: Communicate the value proposition of new products to stakeholders and create effective collateral and packages.
Adoption & Usage: Drive product adoption and usage rates by supporting key market strategy and effective product support.
Nascent Solutions: Gain a deep understanding of new TikTok Search Ads solutions and leverage them to achieve customer goals.

Currently pursuings:

Minimum: Full-time MBA or related discipline, experience within the digital advertising industry (search, marketplace, social, display, direct response, ad networks), understanding of Search Ads, experience partnering with product teams, strong knowledge of sales & marketing processes, and competitive landscape of Search Ads.
Preferred: Experience using Search Ads products, knowledge of advertiser needs for organic search, collaboration experience, fast learner, adaptability to change, commercial mindset, market research & analysis skills, excellent communication, organizational & analytical skills.

Internship Details:

Duration: 12 weeks, starting in May/June 2025.
Start Dates: Monday, May 12, Monday, May 19, Tuesday May 27, Monday, June 9, Monday, June 23.
