Job Description:
This position requires leading SCM Operations Activity to support current organizational requirements, ensuring alignment with objectives and commitments. Responsibilities include:
• Understanding Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures
• Developing and implementing operational and data analytics strategies
• Overseeing Compliance and Price/Cost Analysis
• Delivering Quality Products and Services
• Managing stakeholder communication
• Leading and mentoring a diverse team
This is a full-time, experienced professional position located within the RMS business unit. It offers the potential for relocation and is part of the Purchasing/Procurement/Supply Chain career area. The role is a 4×10 hour day schedule with 3 days off per week.
Basic Qualifications:
• 10+ years of supply chain management experience
• FAR 12/15 knowledge
• Experience leading teams
Desired Skills:
• Project Management experience
• Price/Cost Analysis experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong MS PowerPoint/Excel skills
• TINA negotiations experience
