SAP iXp Intern – SAP Americas Business AI Platform – Project Management | SAP Americas

The Tone:
This is an internship at SAP Americas, located in Reston, VA (hybrid). SAP helps over 400,000 customers worldwide work more efficiently, primarily through enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and end-to-end business applications. This role supports critical go-to-market and demand generation efforts for SAP’s Business AI Platform, directly contributing to revenue growth and sales execution across the Americas. • Pay: $20–$44 hourly
• Team: SAP Americas Business AI Platform team, reports to the Chief of Staff.
• Mission: Support go-to-market initiatives, demand generation, and sales back-office activities to drive revenue growth and enhance sales execution for the Business AI Platform.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint), SAP Media Share (a plus), SAP Communications Hub (a plus).

What You’ll Actually Do
• Go-to-Market Support: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking go-to-market initiatives and sales programs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, partner ecosystem, and learning teams to align priorities and deliverables.
• Demand Generation: Support demand generation efforts, including creating an integrated communication plan, tracking performance, and reporting insights.
• Project Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation such as status reports, presentations, stakeholder updates, and SharePoint pages.
• Sales Back-office Activities: Provide support for sales back-office activities, including coordination of internal processes, tools, and communications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in (or a recent graduate of) an undergraduate, Master’s, MBA, or PhD program relevant to the role. Completion of at least Sophomore year (or equivalent coursework progress) is required. Preferred majors include Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Management, Sales, or Marketing.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft 365 (Teams and SharePoint) is required.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated ability to work independently, self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn, and ability to respond to requests under tight deadlines.
• Bonus: SAP Tools experience such as SAP Media Share and SAP Communications Hub is a plus.
