About the Job: SAP iXp Intern – HANA Cloud Knowledge Graph Engine Software Developer
This is an SAP iXp Intern position focused on HANA Cloud Knowledge Graph Engine Software Development.
• Location: Boston.
• Expected Start Date: June 2025.
• Duration: 6-12 months.
• Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week).
What you’ll do (Key Responsibilities):
• Contribute to hands-on development and testing of the Knowledge Graph Engine.
• Work with the development team on developing SPARQL queries and Python tests.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Documentation colleagues in remote locations.
• Help deliver a robust Knowledge Graph Engine product with documented examples of Queries and Functionality for end-user consumption.
• Develop, debug, and troubleshoot data models and query patterns.
• Continually enhance existing skills and seek new areas for personal development.
What you bring (Required Qualifications):
SAP is looking for candidates who take initiative, persevere, stay curious, enjoy working on meaningful and innovative projects, and are energized by lifelong learning.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science (CS), or an MSCS Student, or a recent graduate of an MSCS program. Education can also be a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of:
• SQL
• Query Optimization
• Data Analytics
• Testing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
• Solution-oriented and open-minded.
• Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled in, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.

The development team is responsible for delivering the HANA Cloud Knowledge Graph Engine. The team is globally distributed across India, Canada, Germany, and several locations in the US, consisting of highly experienced developers and architects.
Compensation Range Transparency: The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual offer will depend on factors like education, skills, experience, scope of the role, and location.
