What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Design: Develop customized solutions and optimize business processes within Quality Management for international clients.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Plan, conceptualize, implement, and roll out complex SAP S/4HANA transformations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Expert Guidance: Serve as the expert in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management solutions for SAP transformations within projects.
• Capability Development: Advance expertise and knowledge within the Quality Management domain.
• Business Development: Acquire new projects and independently prepare complex proposals in the Quality Management area.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with a minimum of 6 years in SAP consulting or a consulting-related function focused on Quality Management.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Manager leading international project teams.
• Skills: Profound expertise and implementation experience with the latest SAP Quality Management solutions; Strong knowledge and hands-on experience, including customizing, with SAP S/4HANA QM module (Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Usage Decisions, Sample Management); Ability to strategically deploy AI to identify value creation and service potential, and support clients in implementing future-oriented solutions.
• Bonus: Very good understanding of integration scenarios with systems such as MES, EWM, and external testing programs, along with experience in conceptualizing interface connections and specifying custom developments.
