The Tone:
This is a full-time, entry-level consultant position at SAP, located in Newtown Square, PA. SAP builds software solutions that help over four hundred thousand customers worldwide work more efficiently, touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce. This role is crucial for delivering high-value, strategic, and technically rigorous services to SAP’s largest and most demanding customers. You will help these organizations maximize system performance, stability, and business outcomes within their complex SAP landscapes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Complete an initial bootcamp to build proficiency in SAP technologies and methodologies.
• Adaptability: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, proactively responding to project and customer needs in an evolving environment.
• Problem-solving: Diagnose and analyze complex customer issues to develop and present actionable recommendations.
• Collaboration: Drive results through teamwork, escalating defects to the development team, and delivering clear, timely communication of progress to customers.
• Optimization: Plan, architect, analyze, optimize, and safeguard customers’ SAP solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience in a corporate setup through internships or recent employment.
• Skills: Development experience in one or more programming or scripting languages (e.g., Java, ABAP, C/C++, C#, Python, PHP), strong technical skills in SQL, database management, business intelligence, enterprise performance management, data mining, and systems administration, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written, presentation, and active listening abilities.
• Bonus: A growing foundation in business acumen and emerging technologies, especially artificial intelligence, paired with a results-oriented approach and initiative.
