Job Description (Salesforce Intern)
This is an internship role for a Salesforce Intern at Forrester, based in their Cambridge, MA office. The internship is part of Forrester’s summer intern program, which includes dedicated events and learning opportunities for professional development.
About This Role:
The Salesforce Intern will be responsible for supporting the ongoing evolution and maintenance of Forrester’s Salesforce platform.
As a Forrester intern, you will have the opportunity to:
• Receive mentorship and consistent, transparent feedback from supervisors and teammates.
• Participate in learning sessions with the wider Forrester community.
• Collaborate with other interns in your cohort to grow as a team.
• Partner with employees across different functions to understand Forrester’s business operations.
• Bring your unique viewpoints, knowledge, and experiences to the workplace.
• Contribute to the day-to-day operations of your team.

Specific Job Responsibilities:
• Understand the high-level functionality and Forrester’s specific customizations of the Salesforce platform.
• Assist with the research and resolution of production issues and enhancements related to Salesforce.
• Participate in documenting new functionality implemented in each iteration of the platform.
Job Requirements:
• Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited university.
• Effective organization, time-management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• An independent and motivated self-starter.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong academic record with varied undergraduate work experience.
