• Mission: Provide support, maintenance, and development for the Salesforce Securities instance for MUS and MUFG Bank, guiding an offshore development team and delivering tailored solutions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guide: Provide comprehensive support and guidance to the offshore development team, ensuring timely completion of their activities.
• Release: Accountable for orchestrating and performing production releases to the Salesforce platform.
• Develop: Engineer and implement Salesforce solutions, adhering to platform best practices for custom development, back-office system integrations, and complex data migrations.
• Communicate: Engage effectively with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and deliver tailored, impactful Salesforce solutions.
• Manage: Oversee Business as Usual (BAU) operations and platform ownership, including scheduling and leading monthly stakeholder calls for backlog status and release planning, alongside daily calls with development and QA teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with a degree and/or equivalent experience in Salesforce platform applications, development, and support within a financial services context.
• Experience: 10+ years in Salesforce platform configuration, customization, development, and support, specifically with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and CRM Analytics knowledge. Direct experience in software development, programming design, systems management, and providing guidance to junior team members is required.
• Skills: Proficient in APEX (batch classes, triggers), Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Salesforce standard configuration, sharing rules, workflows, process builders, flows, integrations, custom objects. Strong object-oriented development skills, experience with Salesforce CLI (SFDX), Visual Studio Code, JIRA, Bitbucket/GIT for source control, and CI/CD processes.
• Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, XML, JSON, jQuery, SOAP, AJAX, JavaScript, Adobe Flex, Java, JSP, PHP, .NET, SQL, and database systems like Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase. Experience with other CRM software, as a Scrum Master, relevant Salesforce certifications (App Builder, Platform Developer I/II), nCino / FSC configuration knowledge, and an interest in keeping up with the latest Salesforce technology news.
