Job Description:

This role is for a proactive individual to support the sales efforts at an early-stage B2B startup in the hardtech industry.

Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
Lead Generation & Outbound Campaigns: Actively support the sales team by generating new leads and contributing to the execution of outbound sales campaigns.
Inbound Qualification & Prospect Conversations: Qualify incoming interest from potential customers and assist with initial conversations to understand their needs.
CRM Management: Maintain and update the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and relevant company and contact information.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify recently funded companies in the target industries and map out key decision-makers within those organizations, such as CEOs, COOs, and Heads of Engineering.
Strategy Contribution: Participate in team strategy sessions, offering insights and ideas to enhance outreach effectiveness and improve conversion rates.
Meeting Coordination: Help schedule meetings with potential customers and manage follow-up communications.

Required Qualifications & Skills (Who You Are):
Communication Excellence: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all interactions.
Dynamic & Curious: Exhibit an energetic and curious mindset, coupled with enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of a company from its foundational stages.
Industry Interest: Demonstrate a keen interest in B2B sales, recruiting processes, startup environments, or the evolving landscape of hardtech industries.
Organizational & Proactive: Highly organized and self-driven, capable of taking initiative without constant supervision.
Bonus Experience: Prior experience with outbound sales tools (e.g., Apollo, Dripify, HubSpot) or working with CRMs is a plus.
