Job Description:
This is a 1-year internship program within the Sales Strategy team at Salesforce. The team collaborates with Sales Leaders to identify and address potential revenue gaps, develop new initiatives and programs to drive results, and measure performance on an ongoing basis. They are a data-driven team that utilizes a blend of strategy, operations, and analytics to boost sales productivity and close deals.
The intern will play a crucial role in supporting the team’s efforts by:
• Assisting the Sales Strategy Managers in executing the growth strategy.
• Creating reports and dashboards to inform decision-making.
• Communicating results and engaging in business discussions on key metrics (targets, forecasts, pipeline, etc.) in Latin America.
• Collaborating with other teams (Marketing, Business Development, Enablement, etc.) for a comprehensive understanding of the business.
Key Requirements:
• Graduation date by December 2025.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Industrial Engineering (preferred, but not required).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative work style.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and a “getting things done” attitude.
• Open personality with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Advanced English proficiency (Spanish is a plus).
• Passion for Salesforce’s mission.
