Job Description: Sales Representative, Small Business Services
This role involves working within a defined geographic territory targeting clients and prospects with 1-49 employees. You will be responsible for:
• Identifying and signing new clients for ADP’s various services including payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more.
• Selling additional solutions to existing clients.
• Cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads from established business partners.
• Assessing client or prospect needs to present the best ADP solutions.
• Spending time in the field closing business.
Required Qualifications:
• Positive Self-Starter: You have a persistent and upbeat style, are comfortable with cold calling, manage your time effectively, and can communicate clearly and professionally in various formats.
• Agile Solution Seeker: You are a problem solver who can find solutions even in fast-paced environments.
• Continuous Learner: You are constantly seeking to learn and grow, questioning past practices to improve them.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior quota-carrying experience.
• Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
