Job Description:
This is a FULLY REMOTE sales representative internship in the financial services industry, starting in Summer 2025. It is a PAID internship with the potential to transition into a longer-term internship or a full-time position.
Key Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Availability of 30-40 hours per week, ideally suited for a candidate in their senior year with a fairly open schedule.
• Must obtain an insurance license through an online process, with company assistance in signing up.
Responsibilities:
• Outreach to schedule meetings with clients (members of labor unions, police force, firefighters, and similar).
• Conduct client meetings via Zoom to enroll them in benefits offered by their labor union.
• Leads are provided; no lead generation required.
Compensation:
• COMMISSION BASED – Expected income average of $800-1500/week.
Training and Support:
• Mentorship and guidance provided.
• Sales script and training provided; no prior knowledge of benefits or products required.
Skills Development:
• The internship aims to develop excellent communication, presentation, sales, and leadership skills.
