Job Description:
This is a remote, commission-based opportunity for college students to work as Sales Representatives while still in school. The position focuses on prospecting, consulting with clients to provide tailored life insurance solutions, and building a client base.
Detailed Responsibilities:
• Prospect and connect with clients: Utilize proven strategies to find and engage potential clients.
• Conduct consultations: Evaluate client needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
• Present products: Confidently present life insurance products, either virtually or in-person.
• Build client relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with clients, managing your own book of business.
• Get licensed: Obtain the necessary licenses for selling life insurance (company provides support).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
• Willingness to get licensed (with company assistance).
