As a Sales Representative, you will:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients’ insurance needs.
• Present and explain insurance policies to prospective clients.
• Thrive in a lead-driven environment (NO COLD CALLING!).
Key Requirements:
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Commission-based compensation (1099).
