Job Title: Sales Rep MOD (Modernization)

Job Summary:

The Sales Rep MOD is responsible for identifying sales opportunities for the company’s products through customer contacts and industry research. They will prepare documentation for prospective clients and ensure effective communication. The role involves managing existing customer accounts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed sales and customer objectives.
• Negotiate favorable contract terms.
• Analyze customer needs and secure business through company products and services.
• Maintain positive client relationships.
• Address customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare estimates for product sales.
• Maintain accurate customer information and files.
• Work with owners and building management to secure/renew maintenance agreements and recommend system upgrades.
• Source, analyze, and apply competitive data.
• Communicate essential information to both customers and internal operations.
• Retain and expand the customer base.
• Manage accounts receivable for assigned accounts.
• Develop negotiation strategies.
• Plan and implement sales strategies that align with internal product strategy and customer needs.
