Job Description: Sales Professional (Lead Generation and Sales)

Lotus Business Solutions is seeking a customer-oriented Sales professional to join their team. This role is crucial for consistently meeting sales objectives through both outbound and inbound client interactions.

Job Title: Sales Professional / Sales Executive / Sales Agent

Overall Purpose: To drive sales by engaging with potential and existing clients, promoting company products and services, managing client inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues, all while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Call Management:
• Receiving incoming calls from clients.
• Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to persuade them to sign up for services or purchase products.
• Consistently hitting or exceeding daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly sales and call volume targets.
• Utilizing company-engineered sales scripts effectively to drive sales and handle customer rejections.
Client Interaction & Relationship Management:
• Upselling and cross-selling the company’s products and services.
• Assisting with inquiries from clients.
• Establishing and nurturing exceptional relationships with customers to foster loyalty, brand advocacy, and repeat business.
• Closely studying clients’ preferences and needs to provide relevant recommendations, requiring complete knowledge of the company’s services and products.
Data & Reporting:
• Maintaining a record of all calls received and made.
• Recording error-free reports of clients’ orders and accurately processing their purchases.
Collaboration & Support:
• Cooperating mutually with concerned teams and departments to address clients’ problem areas.
• Uncovering leads who are serious about buying and passing their information to the sales team.
• Overseeing clients’ accounts to ensure satisfaction with their subscriptions and/or purchases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales professional (a plus).
Education: High school certificate, equivalent, or higher.
Sales Acumen:
• Ability to follow sales scripts.
• Exceptional consultative and negotiation skills.
• Persuasive ability.
Interpersonal & Communication:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Extraordinary customer service skills.
