This is an opportunity to assist with sales and marketing efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partnership & Client Support:
• Assist with research and outreach to local businesses, convention groups, and tourism organizations.
• Help coordinate meetings and maintain records of partner interactions.
• Support the preparation of presentation materials and proposals.
• Sales Strategy Execution:
• Contribute to the development of sales campaigns and promotions.
• Assist in tracking sales leads and customer interactions through CRM tools.
• Support the execution of outbound marketing initiatives targeting group and tourism markets.
• Marketing & Event Coordination:
• Collaborate with marketing to support promotional efforts and event planning.
• Participate in the coordination of events and group visits.
• Help develop and distribute marketing content tailored to various customer segments.
• Administrative & Reporting:
• Assist in preparing weekly reports and sales forecasts.
• Support data entry and analysis to track performance metrics and ROI of initiatives.
• Help maintain organized files and documentation.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field within the past two years.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, or event planning within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain a Kentucky Racing License.
