The Sales & Leadership Internship Program

Southwestern Advantage is actively seeking highly motivated college students from all majors for a dynamic paid internship position. This is an exceptional outside sales internship designed to teach participants how to successfully run their own business and master the art of building effective relationships with consumers.

Key Responsibilities

As an intern, you will take on comprehensive responsibilities that cover all aspects of running a business:

  • Engage in consultative sales, understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse range of 3,000 to 4,000 families from all economic backgrounds.
  • Proactively create relationships and build strong rapport with customers.
  • Facilitate the direct sales of educational products.
  • Take full ownership of executing all business operations, including ordering, inventory management, sales, accounting, scheduling, and product delivery.
