Job Description: Sales Lead @ Outlets at Castle Rock
The Sales Lead at the Pandora Outlets at Castle Rock will be a brand enthusiast responsible for supporting store managers and sales associates in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals. This role requires a passion for the Pandora brand, strong sales skills, and the ability to coach and inspire a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Performance:
• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.
• Embrace store culture and act as a brand ambassador.
• Create memorable shopping experiences that exceed expectations, leveraging product knowledge to build brand loyalty.
• Exceed commercial targets and KPIs.
• Customer Engagement:
• Foster lasting connections with customers beyond transactions.
• Team Leadership:
• Coach and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team to meet KPI goals.
Qualifications:
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with people at all levels.
• Business Acumen: Analytical thinking skills to deliver positive results.
• Time Management: Excellent time management and delegation skills.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point of sale systems.
• Other:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Timely arrival to work.
