Job Description: Sales Lead @ Woodbury Lakes
Pandora @ Woodbury Lakes is seeking a passionate Sales Lead to be the ultimate Pandora fan and support the store’s success. The Sales Lead will immerse themselves in the brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role supports both the Managers and Sales Associates, instrumental to the store’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.
• Embrace and promote the store culture as a brand ambassador.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Exceed commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) expectations.
• Cultivate loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance.
• Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving their KPI goals.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
• Proficient time management and delegation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point of sale systems.
• Must be 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work punctually.
