About the Job: Sales Lead @ Cape Cod

As a Sales Lead, you will be a Pandora Fan and immerse yourself in the brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role supports Managers and Sales Associates to ensure success in the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building customer connections.
• Embrace and promote the store culture and be a brand ambassador.
• Create memorable shopping experiences by providing product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Exceed commercial targets and KPIs.
• Create loyal fans through engagement and lasting connections.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance. Provide feedback to empower the team in achieving KPI goals.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels.
• Business acumen and analytical thinking skills.
• Time management and delegation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point of sale systems.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identify and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods; ability to lift 50+ pounds; and timely arrival to work.
