Job Title: Sales Internship (Summer Program)
Compensation:
• Target Earnings: $7,000–$20,000+ for the summer.
• Structure: Primarily commission-based with additional bonuses for performance.
• Average Earnings: Average first-year representatives earn $10,000–$14,000.
• High Potential: Top performers have the potential to earn significantly more than the stated range.
Program Overview:
This is a comprehensive, full-time summer internship designed to provide participants with real-world sales experience, substantial personal growth, and significant earning potential. No prior sales experience is required, as extensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
• Engage in door-to-door sales, directly interacting with homeowners.

• Adhere to a full-time summer schedule, working Monday through Saturday.
