Job Description: Sales Internship
The Sales Internship at ALKU is designed to provide a comprehensive and impactful experience for individuals eager to launch their careers in sales. Interns will play a direct role in ALKU’s business growth, working under the guidance of experienced sales professionals. This program emphasizes hands-on learning, professional development, and a clear path to full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities:
• Direct Business Impact: Personally drive ALKU accounts and business through active participation.
• Mentorship: Be teamed up with a seasoned, full-time ALKU sales mentor who will provide ongoing guidance and support.
• Sales Cycle Immersion: Gain acquaintance with every side of the sales cycle, learning the industry inside and out.
• Problem-Solving: Develop on-the-fly problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
• Training & Development: Participate in a specialized Intern Training Program, “Circuit,” which includes hands-on experience, skill development, and real-time feedback from day one.
• Dual Sales Perspective: Learn both sides of sales (recruiting and account management) to determine the best fit for your skills and interests.
• Core Sales Activities: Drive ALKU business through essential sales functions including lead generation, outreach, and sourcing efforts.
• Professional Growth: Develop foundational skills, build a professional network, and grow both personally and professionally.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Earn weekly commission on top of hourly pay, along with performance bonuses, mirroring the compensation structure of regular sales representatives.
