Job Description: Sales Intern
As a Sales Intern at Buckhead Recruiting Company, you will play a crucial role in the company’s business development efforts, gaining practical, hands-on experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hunting for Opportunities: Conduct thorough market research to become the company’s market intelligence expert. This involves identifying high-potential companies and pinpointing key decision-makers within those organizations.
• Executing Client Outreach: Actively engage with potential clients through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, and phone calls. You will learn the art of initiating conversations with business leaders and contribute to booking introductory meetings.
• Using Data to Win: Analyze sales campaign data to provide valuable insights. Your role will involve measuring the effectiveness of different strategies and contributing to smarter, data-driven strategic decisions.
• Building Sales Tools: Create and design compelling presentations and other sales collateral. These materials will be vital tools used by the team to win new clients and enhance outreach efforts.
