Sales Intern Job Description

As a Sales Intern at Buckhead Recruiting Company, you will play a key role in the company’s business development efforts, gaining hands-on experience within a fast-paced recruiting environment. This role is designed for real-world impact and professional growth.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Hunting for Opportunities: Conduct market research to become the team’s market intelligence expert, focusing on identifying high-potential companies and their key decision-makers.
Executing Client Outreach: Actively engage with potential clients through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, and calls. You will learn how to effectively initiate conversations with business leaders and secure introductory meetings.
Using Data to Win: Analyze sales campaign data to generate insights, measure the effectiveness of strategies, and contribute to smarter strategic decision-making.
Building Sales Tools: Create and design compelling presentations and sales collateral that the BRC team will utilize to acquire new clients.
Staying Current: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure that all outreach efforts remain relevant and highly effective.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program with a genuine interest in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
