Sales Internship Program
Subaru’s Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain practical experience in various sales-related departments. Sales Internship Roles
# Sales-Retail Operations (Product) Intern
Majors: Business Management, Business Analytics, Communications, Marketing, Sales, Management Information Systems, Adult Education, Automotive Technology Management, or Industrial Design.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the research, preparation, production, and delivery of sales and product training materials, including scripts, presentations, and manuals.
• Analyze the performance of various training programs.
• Assist at training events throughout the year.
• Help prepare presentations and meetings.
# Sales-Retail Operations (Customer Experience) Intern
Majors: Business Management, Business Analytics, Communications, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Management Information Systems.
Responsibilities:
• Work on special projects requiring creativity and analytical skills, particularly using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Assist in analyzing the performance of training programs.
• Participate in training events.
• Support executive presentations and meetings.
# Sales-Field Operations Interns (2 positions)
Majors: Business Management, Finance, Business Analytics, Marketing, Sales, or Management Information Systems.
Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, and report data related to the sales process of new vehicles.
• Work on special projects requiring creativity and analytical skills.
• Assist in preparing vehicle sales analysis and estimates, dealer incentive administration, and measuring weekend customer traffic.
• Support the preparation of executive presentations and meetings.
# Distribution and Logistics Intern
Majors: Business Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Sales Operations, Distribution, VIP, and Logistics Department in daily operations.
• Assist with tasks like coupon redemptions, VIP email inbox management, and other administrative responsibilities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports.
• Maintain VIP customer information, retailer profiles, and vendor profiles in Subarunet.
• Provide database support and assist with performance reporting for various logistics activities.
