About the Program:

Entering our tenth successful year, the MacAllister Machinery Summer College Internship Program is designed to cultivate the next generation of business leaders. We seek highly motivated, hardworking individuals with a passion for problem-solving, a drive to lead projects, an eagerness to foster key business relationships, and a commitment to recommending significant improvements to existing processes.

Your Role as a Sales Intern:

As a Sales Intern, you will be immersed in the core operations of our business, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the equipment rental industry. Your responsibilities will include:

• Business Analysis: Work to identify current operational roadblocks and propose innovative efficiency improvements across various teams.
• Sales Process Mastery: Learn the intricacies of the sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement to negotiation and closing deals.
• Project Leadership: Take ownership of projects that contribute directly to business growth and operational excellence.
• Relationship Building: Participate in developing and nurturing key business relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Process Enhancement: Contribute to evaluating and recommending improvements to existing sales and operational processes.
• Cultural Contribution: Demonstrate a consistently positive attitude, strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to safety in all aspects of your work.
