This is a full-time, paid summer internship for undergraduate college students. The internship offers hands-on experience working with the service sales team in a district office. The role focuses on developing skills in customer communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and negotiation. Interns will be assigned multiple projects to assist the existing sales and operations team. Continuous feedback and professional development are provided to support the intern’s growth.
Responsibilities:
• Gaining practical experience in customer communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and negotiation.
• Assisting the sales and operations team through the completion of assigned projects.
• Working in a team environment within a physical office location.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a technical field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competitive spirit and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Prior experience working with external customers (a plus).
