Sales & Events Intern | Jewelry by Catherina

The Tone:
This is a paid summer internship at Jewelry by Catherina, located in Dublin and Columbus, OH. Jewelry by Catherina is a founder-led luxury jewelry brand specializing in handmade pieces that embody “Subtle Elegance for All.” This role is vital for supporting the brand’s presence and growth at various local events and pop-up experiences. The intern will help represent the brand with care, confidence, and attention to detail as the company continues to expand.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Event Logistics: Assist with the loading, transport, setup, and teardown of Jewelry by Catherina event displays.
• Brand Presentation: Create and maintain a polished, professional booth environment that reflects the brand’s identity.
• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and clearly communicate the brand story, product materials, and collection details.
• Sales & Transactions: Support sales efforts and process customer payments efficiently through the Shopify app.
• Booth Upkeep: Assist with keeping the booth organized, clean, and visually appealing throughout each event.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student interested in sales, fashion, jewelry, events, entrepreneurship, small business operations, or luxury retail.
• Experience: Comfortable interacting with customers and capable of assisting with event setup/teardown; must be available for training this Thursday (3:00 PM to 7:00 PM) and most Saturday mornings during the summer.
• Skills: Reliable, punctual, professional, comfortable speaking with customers, detail-oriented, able to lift and carry event materials, comfortable using the Shopify app, and able to commute to the Dublin and Columbus area.
• Bonus: Able to work occasional additional shows or events when available.
