Sales Development Rep – Intern (Part-Time) | Mago Pro

The company builds an operating system that helps home service businesses manage their entire operations, from scheduling and dispatching to invoicing and customer communication, directly from their phones. This role is crucial because it drives company growth by reaching busy home service professionals who need software solutions but aren’t actively searching for them, showing them how Mago Pro can streamline their work and free up their time.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Own the Outbound Pipeline: Conduct calls alongside targeted email sequences to prospects in the home services sector.
• Qualify & Consult: Connect with business owners by asking consultative questions to uncover their pain points.
• Sell the Meeting: Communicate our value proposition effectively to secure booked, qualified demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
• Manage Data Integrity: Keep our CRM pristine by tracking every interaction, update, and follow-up task.
• Hit (and Exceed) Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities created and pipeline generated.

• Background: Student pursuing a career in sales development or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to engage prospects through high-volume outbound efforts including calls, tailored emails, and social channels.
• Skills:
• Resilience and persistence in facing rejection, viewing it as a step towards a successful outcome.
