Job Description: Sales Development Intern
This is a 1-year, part-time internship program based in São Paulo, Brazil, offering a unique opportunity to jumpstart your career in technology sales within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will gain valuable experience working alongside industry leaders, developing your sales skills, and contributing to the success of the Sales Development Team.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
• Developing Sales Skills and Business Acumen: You will receive formal training on Salesforce products, selling techniques, leadership skills, and business acumen. You’ll also have the chance to learn and apply these skills in real-world scenarios.
• Using Salesforce Business Applications: You will gain hands-on experience utilizing various Salesforce business applications, developing a strong understanding of their functionality and how they contribute to sales success.
• Identifying and Nurturing Potential Revenue Opportunities: You will assist the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and their Account Executives (AEs) in identifying and developing accounts that have the potential for significant revenue growth.

• Acquiring High-Level Contacts: Using your research skills, you will leverage third-party databases and social networking sites to acquire valuable contact information for key decision-makers within potential client companies.
• Data Quality Initiatives: You will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data within Salesforce, ensuring that the Sales Development Team has access to the most up-to-date and reliable information.
• Developing Sales Development Competencies: You will develop proficiency in critical sales development skills, including effective selling techniques, navigating the Salesforce Platform, and understanding Salesforce business processes.
• Process Partner Leads: You will play a role in efficiently managing partner leads, ensuring that they are properly qualified and routed to the appropriate sales team members.
• Demonstrating Salesforce Values and Professionalism: You will be expected to embody Salesforce’s core values of trust, innovation, customer success, and equality in all your interactions, both internally and externally.
