Job Description:

Sales Development Intern

This is a 1-year internship program designed to provide talented individuals with a comprehensive introduction to the world of technology sales within Salesforce. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, gaining valuable experience and developing your sales skills alongside industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Sales Skills and Business Acumen: Receive formal training in Salesforce products, selling techniques, leadership, and business acumen.
Master Salesforce Business Applications: Gain hands-on experience using Salesforce’s business applications.
Assist BDRs and Account Executives: Contribute to the Sales Development team by strategically identifying and researching potential revenue opportunities.
Data Management: Add valuable data to new and existing accounts, acquire high-level contacts using third-party databases and social networking sites, and complete data quality initiatives.
Develop Proficiency: Strengthen your Sales Development competencies, including selling skills, the Salesforce Platform, and business processes.
Execute on Training: Participate in and complete assigned training activities.
Process Partner Leads: Gain exposure to lead generation and management.
Demonstrate Salesforce Values: Embrace Salesforce’s core values, business acumen, and professionalism.
Develop SMB Sales Skills: Promote Salesforce Essentials Solution, targeting small and medium-sized businesses.

Fluency in Spanish and Advanced Skills in English
Limited or no sales experience
