Job Description: Sales Development Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Develop your sales skills and business acumen: Receive formal training in Salesforce products, selling techniques, leadership, and business acumen.
Gain hands-on experience with Salesforce business applications: Spend significant time using Salesforce tools and platforms.
Support the BDR team: Assist BDRs and Account Executives (AEs) by identifying and developing potential revenue opportunities.
Conduct research and data entry: Research prospective clients, add valuable data to accounts, and acquire high-level contacts using third-party databases and social media.
Improve data quality: Contribute to data quality initiatives within the BDR organization.
Develop sales development competencies: Build proficiency in selling skills, the Salesforce Platform, and Salesforce business processes.
Execute on assigned training activities: Actively participate in training programs and workshops.
Process partner leads: Manage and process partner leads effectively.
Demonstrate Salesforce values and professionalism: Display strong understanding of Salesforce Values, business acumen, and professionalism.
Promote Salesforce Essentials Solutions: Develop sales skills through promoting Salesforce Essentials Solution to small and medium businesses.

Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish and advanced English skills.
Limited or no prior sales experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Adaptable to change and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Long-term interest in sales, marketing, or operations.
Expected graduation date by July or December 2025.
