Sales Development Intern – Description:
Are you ready to launch a career in tech sales and become the best of the best? Salesforce is looking for talented and motivated individuals to join their Sales Development Intern program in SĂŁo Paulo, Brazil.
This is a 1-year, part-time internship program starting between August and September 2024.
What you’ll learn and do:
• Develop your sales skills and business acumen: Gain hands-on experience alongside industry leaders and work directly with a Business Development Representative (BDR) team.
• Receive formal training: Expand your knowledge on Salesforce products, selling techniques, leadership skills, and business acumen.
• Become proficient in Salesforce applications: Spend a significant portion of your time using Salesforce business applications to learn the platform inside and out.
• Assist BDRs and Account Executives: Identify and develop potential revenue opportunities by researching prospective clients, adding valuable data to accounts, and sourcing high-level contacts.
• Enhance data quality: Contribute to data quality initiatives aligned with the BDR organization.
• Master Sales Development competencies: Develop proficiency in selling skills, the Salesforce Platform, and Salesforce business processes.
• Execute training activities: Successfully complete assigned training programs and demonstrate your learning.
• Process partner leads: Gain experience working with partner leads and building relationships.
• Showcase Salesforce Values: Demonstrate strong understanding of Salesforce Values, business acumen, and professionalism.
• Develop SMB sales skills: Promote Salesforce Essentials solutions and gain experience in selling to small and medium businesses.

Currently pursuings and Skills:
• Fluency in Spanish OR Portuguese (depending on your home country) and Advanced English skills
• Limited or no sales experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
• Superior attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills
• Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Long-term interest in sales, marketing, or operations
• Expected graduation date by December 2024 or July 2025
