Description:
Tesla is seeking a highly motivated intern to join their Sales & Delivery Programs Team for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, starting around May 2025 and potentially extending through August 2025 or into Fall 2025. The internship is designed for currently enrolled students; recent graduates should apply for full-time positions. International students with CPT work authorization must verify their eligibility for 40 hours per week with their school before applying.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies for key sales and delivery initiatives.
• Efficiently coordinate resources, providing clear direction and timelines for deliverables.
• Execute key sales and delivery initiatives, including pre-delivery and delivery operations, sales operations, and compliance.
• Consolidate and provide feedback to key stakeholders, conducting project evaluations and post-mortems, and driving process changes based on learnings.
• Regularly visit sites to review activities, implement quality and customer service standards, resolve problems, identify trends, and escalate challenges, providing feedback to the Sales & Delivery Territory Manager.

• Impeccable organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and proactively seek clarification when needed.
• Strong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal business functions globally, as well as external vendors.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
