What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Solutions: Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Fleet Management: Manage a large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a demanding workspace.
• Business Development: Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure complete customer satisfaction in an active customer environment.
• Business Operations: Use your degree to run a business and quickly solve problems for customers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required, with a preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Experience: No specific years required.
• Skills: Effective written and verbal communication, results orientation, attention to detail, good time management, a valid driver’s license, and the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• Bonus: Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role.
