What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Solutions: Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including many Fortune 500 companies.
• Fleet Management: Manage a large inventory of world-class and nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Business Development: Generate new business leads and cultivate existing customer relationships effectively.
• Customer Service: Ensure complete customer satisfaction by quickly addressing needs and providing support.
• Operational Management: Utilize your bachelor’s degree to run business operations and solve customer problems efficiently.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required, with a preferred concentration in Business or Marketing. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: A valid driver’s license is required, along with the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck, and maintain a current DOT driver qualification file.
• Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, results-oriented approach, strong attention to detail, and good time management abilities.
• Bonus: Prior internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
