Job Description (Detailed)
This is a part-time internship opportunity specifically designed for a current college student.
Available Schedule:
• Flexible hours: 10-15 hours per week.
• Duration: 10-12 weeks, typically from August through the Fall Semester.
• Hours can be adjusted around class schedules and school breaks.
• There is an opportunity to continue and expand the role in early 2026, pending performance and business needs.
Compensation:
• $20 per hour.
Location:
• The candidate must be available to train in-person in South Orange County for the first 3 weeks.
• Following the training period, there is an opportunity to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
The intern will provide support to both the sales and operations teams by:
• Qualifying sales leads through online research and outbound phone calls.
• Attending and contributing to weekly regional sales meetings.
• Delivering regular reporting to support sales initiatives and maintain data integrity.
• Identifying new sales leads in target industries and regions.
Most importantly, this role offers valuable hands-on experience in the essential logistics industry, serving as a strong foundation for future careers in sales or operations.

• Highly organized with proficient computer skills (specifically Excel, Gmail, and LinkedIn).
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, ZoomInfo) is a plus.
