Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the dynamic Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day sales and marketing initiatives, directly contributing to our growth and user engagement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Engagement: Actively engaging with potential clients to introduce Apollonian’s value proposition and build lasting relationships.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Providing exceptional customer service, focused on understanding client needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Marketing Campaign Development: Assisting in the conceptualization, development, and execution of innovative marketing campaigns to expand our reach and user base.
  • Sales Management Support: Contributing to sales management efforts, tracking progress, and identifying opportunities to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Team Collaboration & Training: Collaborating closely with team members to deliver internal training sessions and facilitate skill development within the sales and marketing functions.
  • Outreach Strategy Optimization: Helping to analyze and optimize outreach strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Assisting in tracking key performance indicators and generating reports to inform strategic decisions.

  • Training & Facilitation Experience: Prior experience or a strong interest in training teams, facilitating workshops, or contributing to skill development initiatives.
  • Organizational & Time-Management Skills: Excellent ability to organize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Proactive & Dynamic Attitude: A self-starter with a proactive attitude, strong initiative, and a willingness to learn and contribute meaningfully to a dynamic team.
  • Educational Background: An educational background or relevant coursework in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
