Job Description:

This internship offers a multifaceted role focused on lead generation and sales support within Medpace. Responsibilities include:

Lead Generation: Researching and qualifying high-potential customers and contacts to drive sales opportunities. This involves identifying key decision-makers and understanding their needs within the biopharmaceutical industry.
CRM Data Management: Entering and maintaining accurate customer and contact data within the Salesforce CRM database, ensuring data quality and integrity.
Market Research: Conducting market and customer research using biopharmaceutical industry databases to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Conference Support: Assisting with pre- and post-conference planning and logistical support, potentially including tasks such as registration, material preparation, and follow-up communication.
Project Support and Administration: Providing day-to-day administrative support and assistance on various projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will be a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field. Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, analytical skills, database management skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, and basic knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus.
