### What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Collaborate directly with experienced safety specialists to actively promote and embed a strong culture of safety across our project sites.
• Assist in delivering vital training to employees on essential safety techniques, best practices, and established protocols.
• Gain invaluable hands-on experience in both dynamic field environments and structured project office settings.
• Contribute directly to real-world solutions that are designed to protect workers, enhance operational efficiency, and continuously improve safety standards.

### Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

• Academic Background: Students who have successfully completed their sophomore or junior year in an Occupational Safety and Health, Construction, or Engineering program.
• Key Attributes: Strong communicators with a demonstrable passion for learning and a forward-thinking mindset.
• Preferred Experience: Prior construction or safety internship experience is highly preferred.
• Certifications (A Plus): Certifications such as OSHA 10-Hour, First Aid, and CPR are a significant advantage.
• Language Skills (Bonus): Spanish bilingual skills are a valuable bonus and highly encouraged!
