What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage shipment lifecycles: Own bookings, handle exceptions, and ensure data integrity within Gateway Operations (Air or Ocean), concurrently building automation and reporting skills.
• Navigate global trade regulations: Become an expert in customs, ensuring goods comply with international laws, and apply technical skills like SQL, workflow automation, and Lean process improvement.
• Develop client-facing and go-to-market skills: Operate with increasing independence in Sales or Account Management functions.
• Solve business problems with technology: Identify a real business challenge within your function and build a tooling or process fix, presenting it to leadership as a capstone project.
• Acquire AI/low-code certifications: Continuously build foundational to applied skills in AI and low-code tooling, culminating in a capstone project.

• Background: On track to graduate or recently graduated, seeking to build a career at the intersection of supply chain operations and technology.
• Experience: Desire for real ownership fast, engaging in live client and business work from the program’s start, as it is not a shadowing or classroom-based program.
• Skills: Genuine curiosity about AI and low-code tooling, ability to operate with minimal supervision, capacity to prioritize a high volume of work, clear communication under pressure, and a compliance-first mindset.
