The Tone:
This is a full-time Rotational Development Program at Edward Jones, located in St. Louis, MO and Tempe, AZ (hybrid). This program offers a structured fourteen-month experience designed to cultivate skills, expertise, and insight across vital business areas, directly contributing to the firm’s purpose of improving the lives of clients and colleagues and bettering communities.

The TL;DR

• Mission: Participants build a portfolio of experience and advance valuable work across critical business areas on behalf of the firm.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Build skills, expertise, and insight across critical business areas through a comprehensive fourteen-month experience.
• Collaborate effectively with program peers, leaders, and various business areas to advance valuable firm-wide work and contribute to firm objectives.
• Obtain required Security Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7 licenses through dedicated, paid full-time study, with the Series 66 also required for Wealth Management rotations.
• Complete a structured series of rotations, including one for licensing preparation, two within an assigned division, and one outside the division to broaden understanding of the firm.
• Lead projects and contribute thought leadership through meaningful and impactful assignments, shaping the firm’s direction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Students currently working towards a bachelor’s degree with a graduation date of May 2027 or December 2027.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is required, as this program is specifically designed for current students.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, teamwork, and service skills; ability to multitask and prioritize to ensure maximum productivity; critical thinking to challenge current processes and seek opportunities for improvement; a strong interest in the financial services industry and a drive to succeed.
• Bonus: Demonstrated leadership in community and campus organizations.
